Is there somewhere in a source for this? This is made a free website with Weebly, but for me it is a profile for the members of the section? Is there a website that offers this?

You will need a database for all user data and secure instant messaging that allows weebly if the answer is no to save.
There are some good free host that has access to the database, but can be difficult if you are inexperianced with PHP / MySQL
